Our business focus

We aim to be “progressive” in our business,
working for our customers to achieve the best result for YOU.

Surveyors by tradition are conservative, and when we started we wanted to provide the client with a better service than currently provided, and we also wanted to change the perception that you may have had of surveyors.

a) We offer professional surveying services

b) We can deliver site plans to your architect via e-mail.

c) We are centrally located in Auckland City just 5 minutes from St.Lukes Shopping Centre and the Western Motorway.

d) We communicate with the client on a regular basis.

e) We advise you on cost-effective ways to achieve your subdivision.

f) We complete your job as promptly as possible, and work to complete the subdivision process right through to the issue of new certificates of title.

Eco-friendly

We started in 1993 working from our home as a way to get started in business. Fifteen years on we have continued to work from home, and have just recently built a modern office with separate entrance under our home.

The office being under the house means our carbon footprint is indeed very small.

Working in the local community also is good for our clients, as they can easily park in the street for free and we are accessible to the Western Motorway.
We can also come to you for site inspections and meetings as required.

Working from home also is consistent with the Kiwi lifestyle that is less congested and quieter than most places on this planet.

Global responsbility

David is a Board member for The Hunger Project NZ. This is an organization that helps people to help themselves to end their own hunger.

David believes that business is not only a vehicle for providing good service to the local community, and generating income for the staff and their families, but it is a vehicle to generate money to help the worst victims of global habitation, those being those who die of hunger each day.

The more you support us also, the more we contribute in funds to The Hunger Project, as we have done for many years to support programs for self-reliance (“people helping people end their own hunger”). Refer to www.thp.org
