“This is to confirm that Spacelink Surveys Ltd has undertaken subdivision projects for me and my family members. Major subdivision projects included: 421, 423 and 425 Mt Albert Road, 19 and 40 Dornwell Road Auckland.
Spacelink Surveys Ltd also started sub-division project for me @ 16 Frost Road.
During the subdivision the property passed onto a family member and a S.224C Certificate has since been granted.
Spacelink Surveys Ltd had also successfully obtained Subdivision-Resource Consent for me @ 23A Frost Road before I sold the property.
I have had an excellent service from Spacelink Surveys Ltd and, in particular, I have found Mr. David Crerar very competent and efficient in my projects undertaken by him. Most importantly, I have found David to be reasonable and cooperative in all my dealings with him.
